When Pizza Hut's ice cream factory came along, our culinary adventures were never quite the same again. Our inner 12-year-old told us we'd never find such frozen greatness again. That was until now.
Last weekend Heston Blumenthal unveiled the world's largest ice cream, which took one month to make.
At more than four metres tall, Heston's 99 came complete with a huge flake and contained one tonne of ice cream, which had to be moved into place using a fork lift truck.
Classic toppings like hundreds and thousands and strawberry sauce were scattered on top of the monster cone using a catapult.
Take that Pizza Hut.
